Prior
to graduation (during the last semester), a Graduate Follow-up Survey
form must be completed for Student Support Services, Room 210 CCEN.
If the graduate chooses active status, a file is created and a formal resume
is requested.

Formal resume (Assistance is available through instruction booklets,
pamphlets and examples. Staff will
critique resumes and offer suggestions for improvements.);

Letters
of recommendation or ratings sheets (available for distribution by
graduate) from faculty or past/present employers; and

Graduate Follow-up Survey
Use
of Placement Services by Currently Enrolled Students
Students
are encouraged to read The Bulletin and check the bulletin board located
on the 2nd Floor, College Center. Position
announcements detailing job title, hours, location, qualifications, salary and
how to contact the employer about the position are available in Placement
Services, located in College Center Room 212P.
Students are strongly advised to have a resume to submit to employers.

are encouraged to list vacancies within their companies or businesses. Employers
can submit the Job Listing form by fax, e-mail
information requested on form or call Placement Services.

Services Provided
Information
regarding part-time and full-time employment opportunities for
students/graduates is available for distribution during regular business hours.
Inquiries are made to employers on a regular basis to ascertain whether
the positions listed are open. Employment
opportunities are posted on the bulletin board located on the 2nd Floor, College
Center.
