• Borrower Confirmation Form - This form is to be used for 2008-2009 loans only. It must be completed and submitted to the Financial Aid Office before your loan will be certified. Incomplete forms will not be processed. Also, please do not put Post Office Boxes for your permanent address or for your references addresses.
  
  The new loan limits are $3500 for freshmen and $4500 for sophomores; these amounts apply to loans certified after 7/1/07.
  
  You are reminded that 3/15 was the deadline for 08-09 loans and we do not process “Summer Only” loans. Requests for exceptions must be in writing and accompanied by a signed statement from your advisor explaining why summer attendance is mandatory.
