In the "Rules and Regulations" outlining procedures for compliance with Section 504 of the 1973 Rehabilitation Act (Non-discrimination On the Basis of Disability), it is stated, in Section 104,44(B), that [WSCC] may not prohibit the use of tape recorders in classrooms, or impose rules that limit the participation of students with disabilities within [WSCC's] educational program.
