What player or players did you look up to growing up?

Team USA, Natasha Watley, Willie Mays Hayes and my dad James

What do you feel like is the most exciting part of your sport?

Winning and being a team player

What is your pregame routine?

Listen to music and thinking about what I need to do at the plate and in the field

What is your best memory playing your sport?

Hitting my first out of the park home run at Walters State against Carson-Newman this fall

How tough was the transition for you from playing in high school to playing in college?

My first year was tough, but this year is easier to cope with

Did you feel any added pressure coming to play for a high profile JUCO program like Walters State?

Yes because I am a people pleaser and hate letting coaches/fans down

What do you like about Walters State and the Morristown area?

Morristown is a bigger town than what I am used to. Walters State is small, so it’s easier to find classes

What is your favorite class and why?

Softball and weight training

What is it like playing for your coaches here at Walters State?

It’s a little difficult because they know your every move

What is your major, and where do see yourself in the future?

Social Work; I see myself helping kids and making their lives better. I also see myself coaching softball
