For Release: IMMEDIATELY

DECATUR, Ga. – The Lady Senators fall short to the host team in the Georgia Perimeter Holiday Classic 48-45 in a defensive battle.  The Lady Senators fall to 9-2 and the Lady Jaguars improve to 2-5.
Brittany Cade and Nia Davis each had 14 for the Lady Jaguars.  Davis had a pair of treys.
Dana Garrett had a double-double for the Lady Senators.  She had 14 points and 17 rebounds.
“It came down to two things,” said head coach Dave Kragel.  “We didn’t make our free-throws and we had too many turnovers, but we are maturing every outing.  This is a talented ball club, we just need to learn to finish.”
The Lady Senators will continue to play on the road with a trip to Rock Hill, S.C.  They will play the Lady Golden Bears of Clinton Junior College Tuesday, Nov 27.  Their next home game will be Saturday, Dec 8 when they host the Lady Patriots of Saint Catherine College.  Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m.
