Bursar's Office

The Bursar's Office is located within the Business Office (CCEN Rm 103) on the Morristown Campus and is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  The Bursar is responsible for the assessment, collection, and refunding of student tuition and fees as well as the disbursement of  financial aid checks at Walters State Community College.

• Cash, check, or money order payments  may be made       at any campus Business Office. 

• To pay in full with credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover), access STARNET and PAY NOW. 

• To establish a payment plan which automatically deducts payment from your bank account, access STARNET and select SETUP DEFERRED PAYMENT PLAN.

• Remember:  Confirm your enrollment by paying ALL tuition/fees by the appropriate date.  Students are re-

        sponsible for assessing their fees on-line via

        STARNET and reviewing their account for amounts

        due by the fee payment deadlines.  Students may not

        receive a bill due to the timing of registering and when

        fees are due.
