Bursar's Office

The Bursar's Office is located within the Business Office (CCEN Rm 103) and is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  The Bursar is responsible for the assessment and collection of student tuition and fees as well as the disbursement of financial aid checks at Walters State Community College. 

Students registering or adding courses 1/5/08 - 1/11/08 must pay all fees by 4:00 pm on 1/11/08.  Registration is not complete until all fees are paid in full.

• Cash, check, or money order payments can be made at any campus Business Office.  VISA, MasterCard, Discover or Debit Card payments can ONLY be processed via the STAR_NET System.  Payment must be made in full.
