Drug / Alcohol / Weapons Policy

The use and/or possession of alcoholic beverages on college owned or controlled property is prohibited. The unlawful possession or use of any drug or controlled substance including any stimulant, depressant narcotic or hallucinogenic drug or substance or marijuana including the sale or distribution of any such substances is prohibited.

Any unauthorized or illegal possession or use of firearms or dangerous weapons of any kind is prohibited except as provided in Tennessee Code Annotated Section 39-17-1309. College police personnel, as commissioned officers, carry firearms.
