Consortium of Local
Elected Officials The
Consortium of Local Elected Officials in Local Area 2 includes the
10 county mayors. The Consortium is responsible for establishing the
local board and Youth Council, designating the administrative
entity, and determining the membership of the board. The county
mayors appoint the private sector members of the board.
