Industrial Technology - General Technology Concentration
This degree concentration has been redesigned specifically for those completers of programs at Tennessee Technology Centers. If you have a TTC diploma and experience, and your employer values candidates with college degrees when opportunities for promotion are available, this option may be for you. First, the student must take a transition course (ITMF 1005), where they will complete a portfolio which will document the skills and competencies obtained through their TTC training. Completion of this course will then determine the number of semester hours that can be transferred into the program from TTC credit (up to 24 hours). The portfolio will also be used to determine the other courses the student should take within the Industrial Technology field. If you want to make the most of your TTC credit, take a closer look at the General Technology concentration!
