What player or players did you look up to growing up?

What do you feel like is the most exciting part of your sport?

Nail biter games where the possessions late determine the outcome, or a buzzer beater

What is your pregame routine?

Listen to music

What is your best memory playing your sport?

AAU season, playing against talented players and teams from all over the country, getting to travel to new places and play in front of college coaches

How tough was the transition for you from playing in high school to playing in college?

Not as difficult as I thought it would be, but at the same time, it wasn’t easy. It requires more effort and you have to learn to be strong physically and mentally and be in very good shape

Did you feel any added pressure coming to play for a high profile JUCO program like Walters State?

I did feel pressure, mostly because I didn’t know what to expect

What do you like about Walters State and the Morristown area?

It’s very convenient with a nice variety of food spots. It’s also a beautiful area to live in

What is your favorite class and why?

Understanding terrorism. It’s interesting to learn about and there is a good amount of information I had no idea about. Plus, the teacher is great

What is it like playing for your coaches here at Walters State?

It’s time consuming and takes a lot of dedication and heart to get through. They teach you and help you to reach your full potential and become a better player

What is your major, and where do see yourself in the future?

Criminal Justice. I would love to play ball overseas for a few years and later pursue a job in my field of study
