SGA Applications Available, Elections March 26-30

Applications for student government officers are now available in CC-100, the student affairs office on the Morristown Campus. Applications are also available at administrative offices on other campuses. 

This spring, students will elect a president, a vice president, a sophomore representative and representatives for the Claiborne County Campus, the Greeneville/Greene County Campus and the Sevier County Campus. 

Applications are available through March 16 and must be returned by 4:30 p.m. on March 16. No late applications will be accepted.Candidates may campaign March 19-23 and the election will be held online from 8 a.m. March 26 through 4:30 p.m. on March 30.

Student government officers receive a scholarship.

Officers must maintain full-time status during both the fall 2018 and spring 2019 semesters. Officers must also have a 2.5 GPA. Officers are required complete a minimum of 40 office hours. These hours are in addition to any scholarship hours already required. Officers must attend the Student Senate meetings for fall and spring semester.
