GREENEVILLE/GREENE COUNTY CAMPUS
ISO 9001:2015 The Standard Explained meets 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on May 9. This overview will introduce this standard for management by explaining the standard line-by-line and the Annex SL Structure and its relationship to all ISO Standard going forward. For those registered to ISO 9001:2008, this course will provide guidance for traditional “Gap Analysis” to update your current quality management system. The cost is $349. 

MORRISTOWN CAMPUS
•Supervisor’s Toolkit meets from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on Wednesdays, May 2-16. This course provides a foundation for influencing employees, working in a diverse workplace and acknowledging abilities, communications skills for leaders and coaching employees, including marginal ones. The class also covers personal and interpersonal effectiveness and eliminating conflict in the workplace. The cost is $349.

•Microsoft Excel 20106 – Level 2 is 9 a.m.-4 p.m. May 16. Students will learn how to use multiple worksheets and workbooks efficiently and will start working with more advanced formatting options including managing workbooks, functions, formulas, data ranges and analyzing data. The cost is $150. 

SEVIER COUNTY CAMPUS 
•Microsoft Excel 20106 – Level 2 is 9 a.m.-4 p.m. May 23. Students will learn how to use multiple worksheets and workbooks efficiently and will start working with more advanced formatting options including managing workbooks, functions, formulas, data ranges and analyzing data. The cost is $150.
