Congrats on making it to this point!

Students must fill out an Application for Graduation with the Student Records Office. Please refer to the appropriate section of the College catalog for additional information relative to graduation.

Graduation Application Deadlines

If you want your graduation application reviewed and the results sent to you before the start of the term, you must submit your completed application to the Student Records Office no later than 4:30 PM on the established priority deadline date.

Cap & Gown (optional)

Submit Cap & Gown Form by Thursday, April 8, 2021.

  • Cap & Gown Order Forms are mailed to students who have applied for graduation.
  • If you plan to participate in the commencement ceremony, return the completed forms to the Student Records Office before the deadline listed in the mailing.

Cap & Gown Distribution

Distribution begins Monday, April 19, 2021.

  • Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • College is closed every Friday.
    Morristown Campus | April 19-20
  • Drive-thru distribution at canopy in front of College Center.
    Morristown Campus | April 21 and beyond
  • Drive to the left side door of the Student Services Builiding (Take the road to the left of parking lot B1).
  • Look for sign in door: Student Records Pick Up Area
  • Call 423.585.2693 and remain in your vehicle. A staff member will bring your items to you.
    Claiborne County Campus
  • Call 423.851.4761 when you arrive on campus.
  • A staff member will meet you at the door.
    Niswonger Campus (Greeneville)
  • Enter through breezeway.
  • Stop at checkpoint.
  • Follow guidance from checkpoint employee.
    Sevier County campus
  • Enter through the checkpoint of the Maples-Marshall Hall.
  • Proceed to main office.
