Senators Improve National Ranking

MORRISTOWN - The Walters State men's basketball team moved to No. 12 in the latest NJCAA poll released, up three spots from last week's ranking of No. 15.
 
Sophomore guard Terrance Britt, coming off a triple-double in the Senators' win over Columbia State last Saturday, ranks 10th in the nation in assists, averaing 8.1 per game.
 
As a team, the Senators (19-1) rank 10th in scoring average (94.5 points per outing) and 23rd in field goal percentage (51.5).
 
The Senators put their 16-game win streak on the line Saturday at Chattanooga State. Scheduled start time is 4 p.m.
