Degree: Associate of Applied Science
Emphasis:  Management
Concentration:   Business Administration

Statement of Purpose

The two-year Business Administration program prepares graduates for entry-level positions and/or career advancement in business and government settings. Students receive a general background in the important functions of business and people-oriented management skills which prepare the graduate for jobs of increasing responsibility and advancement with employers in the following settings: retail stores, service industry, banks and other financial institutions, non-profit organizations, government agencies, health care industry and manufacturing firms.

A university parallel program in business is also available for those students who wish to transfer to a four-year college or university offering a baccalaureate degree.

The business administration concentration prepares graduates for entry-level positions and/or career advancement in business, industry and government.
