Payments

Confirm enrollment by paying ALL tuition/fees or successfully enrolling in a deferred payment plan by the appropriate date. Students are responsible for knowing the fee payment due dates. In an effort to "go green" WSCC no longer provides paper tuition / fee statements. Students may access their account balance at MyWS or monitor their Senators Mail account for electronic notices. Students may also opt-in to receive a text message notification. Payment of all fees or successfull enrollment in a deferred payment plan confirms your enrollment, your class schedule, and your seat in the courses registered.

How to Make Payments

In Person on Any Campus

Pay in full with cash, check, money order, or your personal debit/credit card (ID verified).
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted

Visit any campus Cashier's Office.

Pay in Full with credit/debit card or electronic check.

  • login to MyWS
  • select Pay Tuition Icon
  • click Continue
  • select Make Payment (green button)

The student account balance must be paid in full or a deferred payment plan setup by the fee payment deadline.

WSCC Deferred Payment Plan

Enroll in a WSCC Deferred Payment Plan. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted

  • login to MyWS
  • select Pay Tuition Icon
  • click Continue
  • select Enroll in Payment Plan (pink button)

Requires s a non-refundable $25.00 service fee. Requires tuition/fee balance due of $100.00 or greater after applying financial assistance, discounts/fee waivers, etc. Read all information carefully before agreeing to the payment options. WSCC is not responsible for overdraft charges. A non-refundable return payment fine of $30.00 is assessed on all returned payments.

Deferred Payment Plan

Financial Aid

Must be posted to student account or authorized prior to fee payment deadlines and must cover outstanding balance to confirm enrollment.

Third Party Authorizations

Must be received 24 hours prior to fee payment deadline to allow for processing by deadline and must cover outstanding balance to confirm enrollment.

Text Message Notifications of Updates
Receive text messages concerning your bill or refund.

Add your mobile phone information to your bill payment suite profile by following these steps:

  • Login to MyWS
  • Select Pay Tuition Icon
  • Click Continue
  • Click on "PERSONAL PROFILE"
  • Click on "COMMUNICATION" bar
  • Set Opt into receiving text messages to Yes
  • Enter mobile phone information and "SAVE CHANGES"
